This Sunday, we will hear from Genesis 27-31, looking at the story of Jacob, Laban, Rachel, and Leah.

Up until this point, Jacob has schemed and taken advantage of people, and has come out on top almost every time. Finally, with Laban, he meets his match. Jacob agrees to work for Laban in order to marry his daughter Rachel, only to be tricked and deceived.

We will consider the sovereignty of God. And how God humbles the proud, and exalts the humble.
