This Sunday, we begin a 3 month journey through the Minor Prophets – Hosea, Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Jonah, Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah, Haggai, Zechariah, and Malachi. Lord willing, we will spend a week on each of these prophets between now and Easter.

We’ll begin this week by taking an introductory glance at the entire prophetic office. What it was. Who the prophets were. What their responsibilities were to the people, and before God. And we will take a look at some recurring themes and main points that pop up over and over again throughout the 12 minor prophets. Our hope is to try and come away with some categories through which to view each individual prophet in the weeks to come.
