Help Needed for CAPS after worship service
Mary Sue Rawls could use some help after church this Sunday to make individual bags of toiletries from several boxes donated to CAPS. Children are welcome to help! Hopefully we can be finished in 30-40 minutes. Thanks!

 

Member Meeting
June 6
We will continue discussing the new constitution that has been proposed by the elders.  Specifically, we will examine the section dealing with church government (pastors, elders, deacons, responsibilities, installation, removal, etc.).  You can find the relevant documents here:

 

Vacation Bible School
Get ready for VBS! JRCC will be hosting a games-themed VBS July 16-17th. There will be singing, teaching and games!  We are going to dive into what it means to do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus (Colossians 3:17). We will need volunteers for preparing food, leading small groups, leading games, and working the nursery. Please let Penny Sleichter know if you plan to attend and if you can volunteer. We are planning a date to go out and invite the neighborhood More details to come!

 

Women's Weekend
September 17 and 18
Ladies, mark your calendars! We are planning a weekend of women's fellowship! Our goal is to explore our biblical role in each others' lives as members of one body. We also want to reconnect in meaningful ways after a long season of isolation.  More details to come.
