"Racial Sin in Light of the Royal Law and the Golden Rule"
Mark 12:18-31 and James 2:1-9

As many today protest police brutality an racial injustice, the Gospel convicts us afresh about God’s command to love our neighbor as we love ourselves.  The sin of racism (racial discrimination) still all too easily besets us, causing us to ignore, tolerate, condone or even indulge in it.  We need a fresh impartation of grace and humility unto repentance, so as to better love God and our Black neighbor, as we love ourselves.
