This Sunday, we will jump back into the book of Genesis, and pick up where we left off before Easter - Genesis 32-33.

In these chapters, Jacob leaves the home of his uncle Laban, and sets out, only to be confronted by a mysterious man who wrestles with him. Later, he goes on to meet his brother Esau (who he had previously deceived and defrauded).

We will consider some of Jacob’s sin and folly (deceit, trickery, leaving when the situation gets difficult). As well as some of Jacob’s virtues (strength, tenacity, grit, perseverance).
