This Sunday, we will be hearing from Luke 6:43-45, as we continue working through Jesus’s sermon on the plain.

Up until this point, Jesus has shown us that the Christian life is a matter of the heart. Loving God, loving other people, and cultivating humility in how we interact with them.

But, the question remains, how can we really know the condition of our hearts? How can we truly know if we love God, and if we love others? In our text this week, Jesus explains how our lives, and our actions, and our words, are the true indicator of what is in our hearts.
