This Sunday, we will hear from Daniel 8 - one of the lesser known, but more remarkable passages of prophecy in the entire Bible.

The chapter describes events surrounding the rise and fall of 2 empires - Media/Persia, and Greece.  Its details appear to describe the reigns of Greek kings named Alexander the Great and Antiochus IV Epiphanes.

We will consider together the sovereignty of God, that he is able to reveal events that will take place centuries in the future.  And what that means for us, as Christians, who are trusting in him to save us.
