This Sunday, we will hear from Luke 22:39-46 - when Jesus goes into the Garden of Gethsemane, the night before he is going to die, to pray to his father.

He is brutally honest, asking God to give him some alternative, other than going to the cross to die.  And yet, in the midst of his honesty, Jesus trusts his Father, and longs for his good and perfect will to be done.

We’ll consider together what it looks like for us to pray like Jesus prayed.  And to trust in Jesus’s intercession for us to save us and keep us.
