Thurston Benns is the Area Director for Tidewater with Intervarsity Christian Fellowship. He asks for prayer in the coming school year that students at ODU step up in leadership as their staffworker leaves from staff. For TCC pray that students will creatively grow their ministry during the pandemic, and that students from other campuses in Tidewater such as Norfolk State and Virginia Wesleyan will connect to a national database now available to become involved with Intervarsity. Pray for Thurston as he encourages students in their faith and for his wife Aleshia as she goes back to school as teacher at a private school in Virginia Beach.
