Neighborhood Farm Pumpkin Festival

Rose Hill Heritage Farm (located directly behind the Ruritan Club) is hosting a Neighborhood Pumpkin Festival!  And JRCC is going to participate and hand out popcorn.  If you can volunteer to be at our table, please sign up here.
