This week, we will be in Psalm 67. It’s our last sermon in the Psalms before we move into some different terrain for a while.

Psalm 67 is a psalm of praise to God, for His having generously provided a good harvest.

And it is a prayer of supplication to God, asking for Him to continue to provide for His people.

And it is an acknowledgement of why God does, in fact, bless and provide for His people. So that they can be a blessing to others, and so that all people from all nations will know God, and live under His rule, and worship Him.

It is a call to gratefulness: to thank God for His grace. And it is a call to action: to leverage the resources that God has blessed us with in order to love our neighbor. So that God will be glorified.

See you on Sunday.
