Consortium Unreached Unengaged People Group
The consortium that our church is a part of has been looking into the idea of supporting a gospel ministry and/or church planting effort among one of the worlds people groups that is unreached (no gospel churches) and unengaged (no missionary presence).  Catherine Munden has been working with them on our behalf.  It is becoming likely that this effort is going to happen in Sudan and/or Chad.  The team is considering working with a basketball ministry called FirstCoach.In, under the leadership of Mike Fariss, to train church planters in Uganda, who will then go into Sudan and/or Chad.

If you can, please take a moment and pray for this effort!

  • Pray for the people in these unreached unengaged people groups. Pray that they will come to know Christ.
  • Pray that the Lord would sovereignly remove any barriers that we might experience in sending missionaries to them.
  • Pray for our consortiums team who is planning this effort.  Pray that God would give them wisdom and discernment.
